Grady’s High School VIP Pitching Development Program

Grady’s VIP program, now in its 11 year, is an off-season pitching program designed for high school pitchers serious about taking their game to the next level. Every athlete receives a personalized pitching and strength training development plan backed by video analysis, Rapsodo data, and expert instruction from our experienced coaching staff. Our focus includes velocity development, pitch design, command, strength training, and arm care — all tailored to the athlete’s specific needs and goals. Each pitcher will have their own performance manual, including video breakdowns and pitch data, making it easy to share with college recruiters. With over 95 former VIP athletes currently on active college rosters, this program has a proven track record of results.
